05-01-202605-01-2026<p>This paper analyzes the sentence pronounced by the Supreme Court, dated March 22, 2023, in case number 144.044-2020, titled “SQM Salar S.A. against the Chilean Treasury”, referring to the granting of a mining easement requested by the plaintiff with respect to twelve hectares, for fifty years.
