Description
The paper analyzes the correction remedy for illegal or oppressive sha-reholders meetings resolutions, explores its characteristics and determines in which cases it would be the adequate solution for the conflict between shareholders ma-jority and minority. In addition, investigates the admissibility of the action for co-rrection of agreements in Chilean law and describes some of its procedural aspects.
