dc.descriptionEl receptor judicial es el funcionario encargado de poner en conocimiento de las partes determinadas resoluciones judiciales. Por ello, los estampados certificados emitidos por él dan fe de que las partes fueron efectivamente puestas en conocimiento del contenido de la resolución judicial. El presente trabajo tiene por objeto analizar si los estampados del receptor pueden servir como medio de prueba en juicio, en específico, si pueden servir como medio de prueba suficiente de la tenencia del demandado.es
dc.descriptionThe judicial receiver is the officer in charge of putting to the parties in knowledge of determinate judicial resolutions. Therefore, the certified stamps issued by him attest that the parties were effectively informed of the content of the judicial resolution. The purpose of this paper is to analyze if the receiver’s stamps can serve as a means of evidence in trial, specifically, if they can serve as sufficient means of evidence of the defendant’s occupation.en
