dc.descriptionThe commentary synthesizes one of the most typical problems for the determination of the natural judge in the criminal process. In the accusatory model accepted in our country it must be differentiated between the investigation stage and the formal act of the accusation, as inferred of the article 264 letter a) of the Criminal Procedure Code, in relation with the article 157 of the Courts Organic Code.en
dc.descriptionEl comentario sintetiza uno de los problemas más recurrentes para la determinación del juez natural en el proceso penal. En el modelo acusatorio aceptado en nuestro país existe la necesidad de diferenciar entre la etapa de investigación y el acto formal de la acusación, conforme se desprende del art. 264 letra a) del Código de Procedimiento Penal, en relación al art. 157 del Código Orgánico de Tribuales.es
