dc.description<p>This paper analyzes the sentence pronounced by the Supreme Court, dated March 22, 2023, in case number 144.044-2020, titled “SQM Salar S.A. against the Chilean Treasury”, referring to the granting of a mining easement requested by the plaintiff with respect to twelve hectares, for fifty years. The Supreme Court, in a cassation ruling on the merits, annuls the final sentence handed down by the Antofagasta Court of Appeals and instead confirms the one pronounced in the first instance.</p>eng
