<p>The present article describes the evolution of two clinical cases of severe COVID-19 in pregnant patients with 27 and 24 weeks of gestational weeks. The available up-to-date evidence about severe course of the disease during pregnancy is resumed. Management guides are suggested for the multidisciplinary approach of similar cases.</p>
