Las relaciones entre la jurisdicción constitucional y los parlamentos resultan conflictivas en cualquier Estado. En el sistema jurídico español, esos contactos se complican al existir un procedimiento de garantía de los derechos constitucionales frente a ataques de las cámaras legislativas. Desde el año 2007 a nuestros días se detecta un cambio en la doctrina jurisprudencial importante, porque está facilitando una intervención más intensa del Tribunal constitucional en la vida parlamentaria
The relationships between constitutional jurisdiction and parliaments are conflictive in any State. In the Spanish legal system, these contacts are complicated by the existence of a procedure to guarantee constitutional rights against attacks from the legislative chambers. From 2007 to the present day, an important change has been detected in the jurisprudential doctrine, because it is facilitating a more intense intervention of the Constitutional Court in parliamentary life.
