dc.descriptionIn this paper the author intends to restore the notion of dignity of the human person based on the overcoming of modern and contemporary attempts of founding said notion rationally, upon empiricist, pragmatist or rationalist bases, or of denying it from marxist, freudian, structuralist or postmodern perspectives. The author attempts this restoration upon the ontological bases on which classical philosophy thought the idea of person, and puts emphasis on the idea of metaphysical participation. And, as a consequence of this refoundation, the idea of dignity is reformulated and applied to the notions of law, natural law, human rights, rule of law and others, giving way to a philosophical-realistic conceptualization of ethics and law.en
dc.descriptionEn el presente trabajo se intenta rehabilitar la noción de dignidad de la persona humana a partir de la superación de los intentos modernos y contemporáneos de fundarla racionalmente sobre bases empiristas, pragmatistas o racionalistas o bien de negarla desde perspectivas marxistas, freudianas, estructuralistas o posmodernas. Esta rehabilitación se intenta sobre las bases ontológicas sobre las que pensó la filosofía clásica, poniendo especial énfasis en la noción de participación metafísica. Y como consecuencia de esa re-fundamentación, se reformula la idea de dignidad aplicándola a las nociones de derecho, derecho natural, derechos humanos, gobierno del derecho, y otras más, dando lugar a una conceptualización filosófico-realista de la eticidad y del derecho.es
